So I always find it really interesting of what people consider being self reliant.

• Does does self-reliance to you equate to having enough?
• Or having multiple systems so you never feel that you are unsupported or going without?
• Do you have a plan A, B, C, D, etc.?
• Does this mean acquiring a skill set or tapping into your intuition to guide you home?
Now all of these questions can be asked on a physical, and philosophical level. Meaning when you ask yourself “Do I have enough systems so I am supported?” This can be enough supportive relationships, enough self care routines to not burn out…or even enough systems so when you run out of propane in the middle of the woods, you can still shower with some hot water. 😜
A lot of people wonder how the heck off-grid living and Health Coaching have in common. To me, it is a reminder that life doesn’t have to be so complicated. The exact same questions, we ask ourselves in the woods are the same we to ask ourselves in urban life too.
